cauri has been creating technology for 25 years. Over the years he has taught entrepreneurship in London and Paris. He designed the General Assembly product course in LA and taught GA product and UX instructors, occasionally guest lectures at UCLA.
cauri has done targeted Agile transformation, coaching and repair for medium and large enterprises as well as runs consultancy workshops for these blue chip clients
cauri also runs rhubarb studios in downtown Los Angeles, which has launched 16 startups in the last year and consulted on many more. cauri acts as entrepreneurial and agile coach for many of these startups and for the studio at large.
cauri often publishes blogs and comments on all aspects of entrepreneurship including investment, product, design, business and team building. He invests in tech and lives & breathes product and loves to pass on that knowledge.

Ryan has been creating businesses for 12 years. He has founded 4 companies and advised 15 more to get off the ground - the most successful of which, Raft, was acquired in 2014. He is most passionate about running Agile teams and the product development process of starting new companies.
Ryan is a co-founder of rhubarb studios in downtown Los Angeles, which has launched 16 startups in the last year and consulted on many more. He acts as an entrepreneur in residence at the studio, coaching founders and their teams in lean, agile and design thinking to create validated products that users love.
Ryan writes on aspects of entrepreneurship including product, team culture, innovation process and founder stamina. He loves sharing the knowledge gained over many successes and failures. Ryan is driven by the philosophy: “why let others create the world for you, when you can build it yourself?”
This course will teach you everything you need to know to set up, run and work on a successful agile team.
