Ryan is a co-founder of rhubarb studios in downtown Los Angeles, which has launched 16 startups in the last year and consulted on many more. He acts as an entrepreneur in residence at the studio, coaching founders and their teams in lean, agile and design thinking to create validated products that users love.

Ryan writes on aspects of entrepreneurship including product, team culture, innovation process and founder stamina. He loves sharing the knowledge gained over many successes and failures. Ryan is driven by the philosophy: “why let others create the world for you, when you can build it yourself?”

This course will teach you everything you need to know to set up, run and work on a successful agile team.

You get an iPad which you will load up with apps and resources during the course.
